This is well done. Minimalistic, simple yet very effective. It is eye catching and I think you did excellent for a first try. I'm new to the art of stamping also :salute:

Keep up the good work here.

Fellow Australian I see as well. I'm stayin' up, my final week of school forever is really taking its toll. Just one little thing I noticed and that is the background of the stamp. You may want to make your initial canvas transparent, so the frame can show any background through.

i wasnt sure about the background! i've never posted a stamp before and i was wondering if..and that's a big IF...people want to use it do i give them a downloadable version?? i'll change the bg after a break from my comp..my eyes hurt :(

well i'm not an aussie exactly! i've been livin in perth attending curtin uni for the past four years. i used to live in jakarta...but yeah i call oz my second home :) i've noticed a lot of deviants are aussies too

really enjoyin browsing thru ur fractal art btw
Jakarta 'ey. Are you originally from Indonesia then?

Ah yes, I understand about not knowing if anyone will use it. Well for you I shall be placing this in my journal. Firstly because it is good, but also because it means something quite important.

Thanks for the support though, much appreciated. My Fractal art is something which I haven't had a lot of interest for in the past year or two > I'm getting back into my traditionalism again :)

Some of you digital designs though are fantastic.

yep..i'm half indo...and thanks for the compliments :blushes:..DA has really helped me in finding inspiration and improving my techniques. It's amazing how much a little support and encouragement can do.
I'd love it if my stamp actually got used! I made it mostly out of pure frustration that people were stealing my work :( but you couldn't see it with the smiley faces and bright happy colours huh!
Stealing your work, that's a bit harsh. You work must be indeed very good if it's being stolen :p. However it must suck, and I am sure that others should hold on to this stamp; it sends out a good meaning. The happy emotes imply that creativity is something to enjoy, despite that stealing does suck, creating your own original work in the long run will be a lot more helpful artistically.
